Taxi and Delivery Driver Insurance

We regret to advise that we are currently unable to provide insurance quotations, new policies, or policy renewals for RideSure Taxi and & Delivery Insurance.

Our underwriting partner, Wakam, has informed us that, following a regulatory review by the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR), they have been temporarily suspended from accepting new business and renewing existing policies.

This suspension took effect on 29 September 2026 and is currently expected to remain in place for an initial period of two weeks.

As a result:

  • New insurance quotations are currently unavailable.
  • New policies cannot be issued at this time.
  • Policies that have already been offered renewal can be renewed, but we cannot currently send new quotations, we shall contact any affected clients.

We are in regular contact with Wakam and are working to obtain further updates as quickly as possible. We will provide more information on this page as soon as it becomes available.

We understand that this situation may cause inconvenience and apologise for any disruption. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this matter is being resolved.
