Eligibility for car delivery insurance

Buying car delivery insurance is simple – get your quote in under a minute. If you can say ‘yes’ to the points below, this cover may be right for you:

  • You live and work in Ireland
  • You have a full Irish, UK or EU driving license
  • Your current vehicle value is less than €30,000
  • You are aged 21 - 64
  • You've had no more than 2 claims in the last 3 years (regardless of fault)

Warning: If you have 8 or more penalties points you may not be eligible for this policy.

Whilst your company may have enough financial resources to settle any legal claims, many cases - for good legal reasons - cannot be dealt with at a corporate level. In these instances, the buck stops with your company leaders personally, so management liability insurance is vital to protect them and their personal finances.

Without cover it is unlikely that you will be able to personally afford the cost of going to court and defending yourself in the event of a claim or allegation, no matter how false or unfounded. In a ‘your word against theirs’ scenario, it is hard to properly clear your name and prove your innocence. We can give you the peace of mind to know that, no matter what accusations may come your way, you have an expert team behind you fighting your corner.

Policy options (two-wheel)

What's the difference between moped and scooter insurance?

Cost: Mopeds have smaller engine sizes and slower top speeds than scooters, so they’re usually considered lower risk. Mopeds have an engine size of up to 50cc and can reach top speeds of around 28mph. Scooters can be more powerful, with engine sizes ranging up to 750cc, so they can go much faster.

Policy type: Third party, fire and theft policies tend to be cheaper as the cover is more limited. Fully comprehensive policies protect you and other drivers and can include additional benefits.

Eligibility for scooter and motorbike insurance

  • You have a provisional or full Irish driving license
  • You have a UK or EU driving license
  • You’ve had no more than 2 claims in the last 3 years (regardless of fault)
  • You are aged 21 - 64
